These steps also qualify coaches who might aspire to travel to Wales to progress on to UEFA coaching qualifications with the FA of Wales.

Coaching Pathway

The pathway commences with the mandatory FAW online / on demand Introductory courses, and the FAW Grassroots Leaders Award. The leader’s award will completed through a virtual delivery on July 27^th and the in-person learning hosted in Carlsbad on Aug 8^th. These steps accumulate as prerequisites for coaches who might aspire to apply and proceed on to the UEFA License pathway in Wales with the FAW.

This opportunity gives City SC coaches direct access to one of the most respected coach education systems in world football while remaining connected to the City SC development philosophy and coaching standards.
