City SC is a national youth soccer network built to help community clubs grow, develop players and coaches, and create greater opportunities through collaboration.

Our mission is simple: ignite a lifelong passion for soccer in every player.

We believe strong soccer clubs are built locally. The coaches, leaders, families, and communities behind each club are what make it unique. City SC brings those clubs together within a connected national network, providing access to shared resources, development pathways, experienced leadership, and opportunities that can be difficult to create alone.

No two soccer clubs are exactly alike, but many of the challenges facing club leaders are remarkably similar.

Recruiting and developing coaches. Creating meaningful player pathways. Navigating an evolving league landscape. Building stronger operations. Retaining players and families. Planning for sustainable long-term growth.
