City SC invests in coaches through a comprehensive curriculum and ongoing education powered by our Coaches’ Voice partnership. Affiliates receive access to club-wide coaching frameworks, seasonal development plans, weekly training content, webinars, onboarding resources, and an extensive library of coaching sessions. Through continued learning opportunities — including education events and international academy tours — we help clubs build stronger coaches, knowing player development starts with the people leading them every day.

CITY SC CONNECT PROGRAM

The City Connect Program gives players access to unique training, competition, and cultural experiences across the City SC Affiliate Network and beyond. Through domestic and international opportunities, players can connect with teammates from different clubs, challenge themselves in new environments, and expand their perspective of the game. By creating meaningful pathways for development, City Connect helps players grow both on and off the field while building lifelong friendships and memories.

A Connected Development Pathway.
City SC provides a connected development pathway designed to help players reach higher levels of the game. Through identification opportunities, national events, shared programming, and advanced development environments, players gain meaningful exposure and growth opportunities. Affiliates also receive support and resources for platforms such as MLS NEXT and Girls Academy, while our City Connect Program creates opportunities for select players to represent City SC on the national stage.
