The City Connect Program gives players access to unique training, competition, and cultural experiences across the City SC Affiliate Network and beyond. Through domestic and international opportunities, players can connect with teammates from different clubs, challenge themselves in new environments, and expand their perspective of the game. By creating meaningful pathways for development, City Connect helps players grow both on and off the field while building lifelong friendships and memories.
What is the City Connect Program?
The City Connect Program is an exclusively selected team experience composed of top City SC players from across the nation. The program provides elite youth players in the U11–U15 age groups with the opportunity to:
• Train and compete alongside top City SC players from multiple affiliates
• Experience a higher-level training environment with City SC coaches
• Compete together in a premier summer tournament setting
• Build connections across the City SC network
• Develop within a clear, long-term City SC pathway

Players invited to teams to play 2026 Carlsbad Cup Boys & Girls weekend
STEP 3: International Training Experience
Connect Players invited to international training experience 2027 UK tour

Bringing together players from our City SC clubs across the country, City Connect is about so much more than soccer. It’s a chance to make new friends, connect with teammates from across the network, learn from new coaches, and build relationships that will last long after the Connect weekends end.
Our goal is simple: to bring our clubs together, strengthen the bonds across our network, and build one connected community united by a love for the game and the values that make City SC special.
