City SC Network 2025/26 Postseason Success

The 2025/26 postseason will be remembered as one of the most successful in City SC Network history, as teams from across the network earned national recognition through championship performances and deep postseason runs.

Across multiple national and regional competitions, City SC teams delivered historic results, capturing two GA National Championships, four National Finalist finishes, one National Semifinalist finish, and a State Cup Championship while representing the City SC Network on the national stage with excellence.

City SC San Diego led the way at the 2026 Girls Academy National Finals, capturing the program’s first-ever GA National Championships with title-winning performances from the U13 GA and U14 GA teams. The U16 GA team also advanced to the National Championship Final, finishing as National Finalists after another outstanding season.

The U13 GA White team battled through a dramatic championship match, ultimately earning the club’s first Girls Academy National Championship after a penalty kick victory. The U14 GA White team followed with another championship performance, securing a second national title and cementing a historic week for the program.

The network’s success extended beyond the Girls Academy. City SC San Diego’s BU15 MLS NEXT Homegrown team advanced to the MLS NEXT National Championship Final, finishing as National Finalists and adding another remarkable achievement to an already historic postseason.

The City SC Network’s success continued with City SC South Bay’s U13 GA Aspire team, which made an incredible run to the GA Aspire National Championship Final, finishing as National Finalists and showcasing the continued growth and strength of the City SC player development pathway.

The City SC Utah program also celebrated an outstanding postseason, with the U16 DPL team advancing to the DPL National Championship Final to finish as National Finalists. On the state level, the GU16 ECNL-RL team captured the Utah State Cup Championship, adding another trophy to the network’s remarkable postseason and further demonstrating the strength and continued growth of City SC programs across the country.
