2026 City SC Leadership Summit

The City SC Leadership Summit brought together leaders from across our nationwide City SC Clubs for a few days centered on connection, reflection, and shared purpose. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Carlsbad coastline, the City SC Leadership Summit was more than just an event—it was a gathering of people committed to building something bigger than themselves. Our City SC Directors group arrived with open minds and left with renewed energy for the season ahead.

Across workshops and group discussions, leaders engaged in honest and meaningful dialogue about what it means to lead with consistency, care, and accountability. These conversations created space for shared learning, reflection, and practical takeaways that can be carried directly back into each club environment. There was a clear and collective commitment to raising the standard in everything we do, while always prioritizing the development of the 16,000 players who proudly wear the City SC shield. One of the most powerful outcomes of the summit was strengthening our shared alignment and building on the momentum around the City SC vision, culture, and how, as a brand, we prioritize using soccer to give back to our local communities.

Throughout the City SC Leadership Summit, meaningful time was also spent connecting as a community of leaders. Those moments reinforced the importance of relationships, trust, and shared experience in driving the work forward. Whether in structured sessions or informal conversations, the weekend’s energy reflected a group fully invested in learning from one another and growing together.

We’re incredibly grateful for this community and the openness, collaboration, and energy each of you brought over the three days.  The ideas, alignment, and momentum built throughout the summit will directly benefit our players in the season ahead, helping us continue to create the best possible experience for every athlete across the City SC family.
